Meet the founder
Growing up in the Low Country, particularly Savannah, I’ve been eating boiled peanuts my whole life. Around 12 years old, I started cooking them for friends and family using the same recipes my family used.
As I traveled throughout the Southeast, I noticed the best boiled peanuts seemed to come from roadside stands and mom-and-pop shops, places whose cooking rarely traveled beyond the one highway exit.
After years of friends telling me my batch was the best they’d had, I decided to bring the same taste to the one you only get by pulling off the highway — to a wider audience.
